These Terms govern your use of the vendeu.store platform, which lets sellers create an online store and receive orders sent to their WhatsApp. By creating an account or publishing a store, you agree to these Terms.
1. What vendeu.store offers
vendeu.store is a software-as-a-service platform. It provides a storefront at its own address (yourstore.vendeu.store), a product catalog, and an ordering link that sends the order your customer builds to your WhatsApp. vendeu.store is the platform; you, the seller, run your own store. vendeu.store does not process your customers' payments, ship products, or take part in the transaction between you and your customers.
2. Seller responsibilities
You are responsible for the products you list, their prices and availability, the accuracy of your store information, customer service, billing your customers, taxes, and fulfillment. You agree to sell only lawful products, not to list counterfeit items or items that infringe others' rights, and to comply with the laws that apply to your business. Your relationships with your customers are yours.
3. Plan, free trial and billing
Publishing your store for the first time starts a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the Essential plan costs US$9.99 per month per store and renews automatically every month until you cancel. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your storefront stays visible but new orders are blocked.

All payments are final and non-refundable after the trial period. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Billing and Merchant of Record
Subscription billing is handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for your subscription. Paddle processes your payment and handles applicable sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel your subscription, you keep access until the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged again.
7. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any specific uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, vendeu.store is not liable for losses resulting from downtime or from transactions made outside the platform.
8. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the vendeu.store operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts where those laws so provide. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
