Refund Policy

vendeu.store offers a 14-day free trial that begins when you first publish your store. During the trial you are not charged and you can cancel at any time with no cost.

When the free trial ends, your subscription renews automatically and the US$9.99/month fee is charged. All payments are final and non-refundable. Because you have full access to the product during the free trial to evaluate whether it meets your needs, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees already charged, including partial or unused periods.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account to stop future charges. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles billing and acts as the seller of record. For billing questions you may also contact Paddle directly.
