Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. If you use WhatsApp and take photos on your phone, you can build your store. Everything is done in the browser, with nothing to install.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — both for you to build the store and for the customer to buy. The storefront is built mobile-first, which is how most people access it.
How does the order reach me?
The customer picks products on the storefront, reviews the summary and sends the message to your WhatsApp with everything filled in. You receive the order and close the sale as usual.
How do I get paid?
Payment is arranged directly between you and the customer (cash, transfer, etc.). vendeu.store charges no commission on the sale.
Does the store have its own address?
Yes. Each store gets a subdomain in the form yourstore.vendeu.store, which you share wherever you like.
How does the free trial work?
It's a 14-day free trial from your first publish, with no card required. After that, the Essential plan costs $9.99/mo per store.
What's the difference between canceling the subscription and canceling the store?
Canceling the subscription ends billing at the end of the paid period — the storefront stays visible, but new orders are blocked. Canceling the store is immediate and removes the address from the air.
